You can literally change your life from the inside out, your level of happiness, abundance, positive relationships, and so on simply by visualizing yourself already having those things you want to bring to fruition. Your unconscious mind simply can’t help but take up those images and bring them to conscious thought, where you’ll simply see that things can open up so that you can make them happen.

You can also note how you feel about various tasks, especially during work hours. You can also note when you are just killing time. Note when you are most productive. What are the circumstances for each? Identify your problem areas and the times when you are doing well.

When you understand how you do use your time, you can make decisions about how you want to use your time. You can use this information about yourself to create a time management plan so that you spend time on what you really want to be spending your time on! Take control of your own life!
